Una vita complessa come la sua musica, a metà fra la dance ed il pop, con influenze d’amore. Gerhard Friedle, in arte Dj Ötzi (come la valle del Tirolo dove è nato) è uno dei campioni assoluti della musica austraica e germanofona in generale.
Nel 2007 rastrellò premi con “Einen stern”, singolo di lancio dell’album “Sternstunden”, adesso arriva “Hotel Engel“, già primo nel suo paese. In alto trovate “Noch im 100000 Jahren”, primo singolo (tra l’altro scritto da Dieter Bohlen, un altro big della musica tedesca).
