“Another love”, arriva Tom Odell

Tom Odell è una delle scoperte migliori della musica britannica attuale. Lanciato da Lily Allen e dalla sua etichetta In the name of (filiale della Columbia), che lo ha paragonato a  David Bowie, il cantautore inglese, ad appena 22 anni, è salito definitivamente agli onori della critica nel 2012 quando il primo Ep “Songs from another love” gli ha consentito di vincere il premio della Critica ai Brit Awards e una nomination come miglior esordiente agli MTV European Awards.

Nonostante questo, il successo è arrivato maggiormente fuori Regno Unito, soprattutto in Belgio, dove ha raggiunto la vetta con questo singolo “Another love“, che accompagna “Long Way down”, con ottimi riscontri anche in Olanda, Germania, Svizzera ed Irlanda. C’è che lui è bravo e questo successo è meritato. Molte altre cose meritano un ascolto, come ad esempio “Sense“, “Supposed to be” e gli altri due singoli usciti, “Can’t pretend” e “Hold me”.
